With Thanks

Hunter Romance Writers meet on the third Saturday of the month at the East Maitland Library, Greenhills, NSW Australia.

The Hunter Romance Writers members would like to thank the East Maitland library staff for their support.

We would also like to thank Romance Writers of Australia for their continued support of writing groups via Writing Group Coordinators Loop and Group Grants.

  1. Wow! I do wish you ever success with your group. Had to smile as the original Hunter Valley (Maitland) RWA group once met each month (when I was coordinator) in the Church of Christ hall right next to this library. When the EM library was in its original rooms at the EM shopping centre the staff there were so supportive of this very new M&B medical author. Yeah, way back in 1994 so doubt if any still work there in the new library. I only trust you all have as much fun and profitable fellowship as we did

  2. That’s interesting History Mary. I did not know you were from this area? 🙂
Here’s hoping it will be fruitful for all of us as well. 🙂
It is a great group and very supportive of each other.
Thanks Jenn for your kind words.

And a huge thanks to Sandie and SuzH who work so hard to do all the little (and big) things that make our group friendly and run smoothly.
    Very much appreciated.

The panel is on the first day – Saturday November 10 at 2.30PM. Details, full program and tickets, only 40 left, are available at http://www.sconewritersfestival.com.au Hope to see you there. Happy writing! Janie
